Levan Kurashvili

Second violin

In his youth Levan Kurashvili won two first prizes at the Jugend Musiziert Bundeswettbewerb and was sponsored by the Sparkasse Ingolstadt and Reinhard Atzerodt. He went on to study the violin at the University for Music and Theatre in Munich with Ana Chumachenco and pedagogy with Prof. Hans Peter Hofmann at the University for Music in Nuremberg. He has played as a soloist with renowned musicians such as Lynn Harrell, Francois Leleux and Markus Poschner. He has performed with numerous chamber music ensembles such as the European Chamber Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra Vorarlberg and others in Spain, England and Munich. He joined Georgian Chamber Orchestra in 2019 and has since then become a member of the board.
